Terms of Service

1. Merchant of Record (MoR) Agreement

By integrating the CrossLink API, global software providers authorize CrossLink Global Tech Gateway Pvt Ltd to act as the legal Merchant of Record for transactions originating from within the Republic of India. CrossLink assumes responsibility for GST invoicing, local tax remittance, and compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) tokenization guidelines.

2. Sovereign Infrastructure Usage

Clients utilizing our Edge Proxy agree that all traffic originating from Indian IP addresses will be automatically routed and processed within our localized Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs). Attempts to bypass this routing matrix to circumvent DPDP 2026 localization mandates will result in immediate API key revocation.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We guarantee a 99.99% uptime for our core API endpoints and proxy routing layer. In the event of MeitY or RBI regulatory shifts, CrossLink will provide a minimum 30-day notice prior to forcing infrastructure migrations or API version deprecations.

4. Liability and Indemnification

While CrossLink acts as the compliance shield and MoR, the underlying software provider retains full liability for the functionality, safety, and intellectual property of the software being sold through our gateway.
