1. Data Processing and DPDP Act Compliance

CrossLink Global Tech Gateway Pvt Ltd acts as a localized intermediary and infrastructure provider. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2026, we function primarily as a Data Processor for our global SaaS partners (Data Fiduciaries).

All Indian traffic routed through our proxy is securely localized within MeitY-empanelled Sovereign VPCs located in Mumbai or Hyderabad.

2. Information We Collect

When operating as a Merchant of Record (MoR), we collect essential transactional data required for INR settlement, GST compliance, and Equalization Levy calculations. This includes billing addresses, tax identification numbers, and transactional metadata. We do not store raw primary account numbers (PAN) or credit card data on our servers.

3. Data Principal Rights (Your Rights)

In accordance with Indian law, you have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data, as well as the right to nominate a representative and the right to grievance redressal.
